I've been longing for a Nintendo Entertainment System for so long. No, not the Nintendo Wii or anything of that nature, the original 1985 NES. I finally bought one on ebay the exact day I got paid. I received it in the mail this past Monday and played it all day! Since then, it has been packed away! Today was not one of the better days of the week. In fact, it was near the worst day of the week for me, and all I wanted to do was drown out my sorrows with Super Mario Bros. It took me a while to get everything connected, especially since you have to connect it to your cable cord. Once I finally got everything connected, blew in the cartridge, placed it in and pressed start, IT WOULDN'T WORK!!! I'm not sure if I can articulate how that made me feel. I tried blowing in the game some more, putting in a different game, pressing re-start, everything! Yet and still it refuses to work for me. My heart broke into a zillion pieces! The only way I know how to explain how it felt was to say it was like being dumped by a girlfriend/boyfriend you've been with for years. You had no idea there was even a problem, and BOOM!! they break up with you all "willy nilly." That's so ratchett. I'm so disgusted with it!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!! That is all.
